Teddy bear sewing pattern

The classic: a three-piece head with a gusset so the muzzle stands out, a belly panel, four limbs and two ears. Ten pattern pieces, cut twenty-one times.

How it is made

Every seam edge on the bear mates with exactly one other of the same length, and the layout is checked for that before it is shown. The gusset carries notches at the eyes so the face lines up.

What you get

Bear: 10 pattern pieces cut 19 times, at any finished height from 100 to 800 mm, with seam allowance, notches and grain lines, laid onto A4 or Letter sheets with a 100 mm bar. Free to preview; printable clean with a membership.
