What is stored

A pattern you save: its document. An order request: the file you uploaded, your size, your note and the email you gave. Nothing about a preview you only looked at.

Who owns what

You own every pattern you save and every file you upload. Publishing a pattern grants Leumas a licence to display it in the gallery; unpublishing withdraws it. An upload is used only to make your plush and is deleted on request.

Orders

A request on the waitlist is not a contract. A quote is an offer; nothing is owed until you accept it and pay. Requests that go unanswered for a year are deleted with their files.
