Make a pattern

Pick a design and a size. The pieces are resized, given their allowance and laid onto sheets while you watch. Printing them clean, at true size, is what a membership buys.

What the size means

The size is the finished height of the sewn plush, standing. A pattern scales as a whole, so a 40 cm bear has the same proportions as the 25 cm one, and its pieces spread over more sheets.

What the allowance does

Every cut line sits outside the stitch line by the allowance you choose, 3 to 15 mm, mitred at the corners. Six millimetres is right for fleece and minky; go smaller for felt, larger if you are new to it.
